Through a bidding process, CFA entered into an agreement with the Minerva Insurance Company for group personal accident insurance to cover professional and amateur soccer players playing in the CFA events, from the ages of six to forty.

At today's meeting at GSP, representatives of the Minerva company presented to the representatives of the Associations details of the plan and the coverage it includes.

The attendees were welcomed on behalf of the CFA by the financial director Andreas Morias.

"Due to the collective nature of the project, we have achieved significant benefits at a very competitive price. "Our goal as a Federation is to help all our Associations, of all Categories but also all footballers", said among others Mr. Morias.

The insurance plan is divided into three categories.

The first category concerns the footballers A, B and C 'Category, Select Category STOK, Agricultural, Women's and Futsal.

The second category concerns footballers aged 13 to 19 years and the third category footballers aged 6 to 12 years.

From the side of the football Associations, various suggestions were made which will be studied by the company and the Federation and soon, a complete insurance proposal will be sent to the Associations.
