Mr Koutsokoumnis is a distinguished graduate of a U.K. University, where he successfully obtained a degree in Economics. Furthermore, he holds the prestigious ACII designation and is recognized as a Chartered Insurer by the esteemed Chartered Insurance Institute in London.

Christos Dorotheou

Chief Information Officer

Christos Dorotheou is a highly experienced professional who serves as our Chief Information Officer, bringing immense expertise and vision to our organization. He joined our company in 1996 and has since played a pivotal role in driving our technology strategies forward.

With a strong background in software development, Christos has previously held the positions of Software Development Manager and Software Trainer, further honing his skills and understanding of the industry.

Christos pursued his education in the United States, specializing in Hardware Engineering and Software Development. His commitment to professional growth is evident through his acquisition of various certifications, including Windows Servers Administration, System and Network Administration, Hardware Systems Administration and Maintenance, as well as Database Design and Administration.

With his extensive knowledge and hands-on experience, Christos Dorotheou plays a vital role in shaping our company's technological infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and innovation. Danis Kliriotis

General Manager of Finance and Administration (Chief Financial Officer) and Member of the Board

Danis Kliriotis is a seasoned professional with an impressive track record in finance and administration. He joined our company in 1997, bringing with him valuable experience from his previous role at the prestigious auditing firm, KPMG Cyprus.

Educated in the United Kingdom, Danis has completed his studies in finance and accounting. He is a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. Demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence, Danis actively participates in various committees, having held the esteemed position of Chairman of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Institute.

Beyond his responsibilities within our company, Danis serves as a Non-Executive Director and a member of the Audit Committee of the Cyprus Forest Industries Public Ltd. Additionally, he contributes his expertise as a member of the Mirror Committees of the Cyprus Organization for Standardization, further showcasing his dedication to industry standards and best practices.

General Manager of Insurance Services and Business Development (Chief Operating Officer) and Member of the Board

George Skordis

Chief Actuarial Officer and Advisor to the Investment Committee.

George Skordis is a highly skilled professional who brings a wealth of experience to his role as the Chief Actuarial Officer and Advisor to the Investment Committee. Joining our company in 2008, George has established himself as a trusted expert in the field of actuarial science.

Prior to joining our team, George gained invaluable experience as an in-house actuary in various insurance companies both in Cyprus and abroad. This diverse background has equipped him with a deep understanding of the insurance industry and the complexities of risk assessment and financial modeling.

George is a graduate of a prestigious UK university, holding a degree in Economics and Accounting. Furthermore, he has achieved a Diploma in Actuarial Techniques from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (UK). As a testament to his professional achievements, George is also an Associate Member of the Cyprus Association of Actuaries.

Andri Hanna

Group Financial Controller
