At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Minerva Public Insurance Company Ltd, which took place on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, the following resolution was approved:

As the company's Articles of Association are amended as follows:

By replacing the last paragraph of article 42 with the following paragraph:

Any notification by the Company to the shareholders and/or any other person entitled to attend the Company's Meetings, may be made through an announcement by the company on its website and by publication in the daily press. Both at Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings, the specific notice may be accompanied by any other document that will be related to the topics to be discussed, as they will be determined in the agenda of the Meeting.
