Subject: Board of Directors’ Decision Regarding the Payment of an Interim Dividend

Minerva Insurance Company Public Ltd hereby informs the investing public that, at its meeting held on 4 August 2026, the Company’s Board of Directors resolved to distribute an interim dividend for the financial year 2024 amounting to €0.0003 per share.

Shareholders registered in the Company’s Register of Members as at 12 October 2026 will be entitled to receive the interim dividend.

Accordingly, the Company’s shares will trade ex-dividend as of 9 October 2026.

The interim dividend will be paid on 9 November 2026, in accordance with the Regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the applicable legislation.
