The Board of Directors of Minerva Insurance Company Public Limited, in today's meeting, has decided to appoint Mr. Avgerinos Hartsiotis as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors, as well as the General Compliance Officer of the Company. Prior to his appointment, an application for approval of Mr. Chartsiotis' appointment was submitted to the Insurance Companies Control Service, and the response received was affirmative.
