The Insurance is addressed to Employers, in accordance with the Law on Compulsory Insurance of Employers' Liability of 1989-2014 or any Law that amends or replaces it.
|The employer liability contract provides coverage to the employer for his liability to his employees from and during his work for:|

|Occupational disease (According to the Legislation)|
|The minimum coverage limits provided as defined by the Law are following:|
|For each employee||€ 160,000|
|For each incident||€ 3.415.000|
|For each insurance period||€ 5.125.000|
