Klirou village joined the #YouthForRoadSafety campaign, responding positively to the call for youth education, prevention, and awareness on road safety issues. With the participation of young people from neighboring communities such as Palaiometocho and Kokkinotrimithia, the first introductory presentation of the Cyprus Police’s approved Bike Safe program was delivered by certified instructors from the Traffic Department.
The participation of the youth was active and meaningful, with interactive questions and open dialogue that reflected their eagerness to learn and adopt responsible driving behavior. From the very beginning, the community of Klirou embraced the values of the campaign, offering a supportive environment for initiatives aimed at preventing traffic accidents and shaping conscious, well-informed young drivers.
